About my prices
My translation, editing and proofreading services are high quality and my prices are not the lowest. I always meet the deadlines of my clients and I always meet their quality expectation. Please read about my prices for translating, editing and proofreading and then contact me to discuss your project.
How do you calculate the cost of translating, editing and proofreading?
There are several ways to calculate the cost of translating, editing and proofreading. One way is based on the number of characters including spaces in the document that you send me. Most good word processing packages have a statistics facility which counts the characters for you. Then, divide this number of characters by my standard page size of 1800 characters. Pages are rounded up to the nearest page. Then you have to multiply the number of pages by the page rate.
It is also possible to work on a hourly rate, however, I do not normally work this way.
When can I ask for a price?
You can use the prices listed on this website to calculate an approximate cost for your document. Before I can give you a fixed price I need to see the whole document. I do not often give a price before seeing the whole document. Additionally, the document should be ready to be translated, edited or proofread. I do not normally give a price before the document is ready to be translated, edited or proofread.
Can I have an invoice?
Yes, of course. Please ask for an invoice when you place your order and then send me the details for the invoice: name, address and NIP.
Where are your bank details?
My bank details are on the invoice if you ask for one. Otherwise, I will send you my bank details when I send you the email with the amount to pay.
